Booking & Privacy Policies
Any bookings for services to be performed by Wine Flight Tours are considered a reservation when paid in full and confirmed by email or SMS from Wine Flight Tours.
Any service or wine tour service booked online either directly or indirectly with a third party will only be reserved when confirmed in writing (by direct email).
Wine Flight Tours cannot guarantee bookings for services to be performed less than seven (7) days prior to the day of reservation even if the booking is made on an online booking platform whether on this website or a third party website.
Reservations for services to be performed must be paid in full at the time of booking or within seven (7) days of the date of confirmed booking date.
Wine Flight Tours will provide a full refund of services to be provided in the following circumstances:
Compassionate grounds involving immediate family members or spouse
Wine Flight Tours Failure to provide a service
Extreme weather conditions or conditions that would endanger participants
Illness declared within 24-48 hours of the start of a previously booked tour that is confirmed by a doctor’s certificate
Flight cancellations resulting in an inability to attend the point of departure on time
Extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of Wine Flight Tours
Wine Flight Tours will not provide a refund for services to be provided in the following circumstances:
Failure to be ready to depart for the tour on time and/or in a fit state to be driven due to any illness not previously disclosed
Simply changing your decision once confirmed and prepaid
Service Replacement Policy
Wine Flight Tours may use third parties to replace all or part of the services required to fulfill the itinerary of any tour without notice..
Wine Flight Tours cannot guarantee a wine producer’s availability at the time of booking and as such reserves the right to replace requested sections of the tour at any stage.

Wine Flight Tours will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.
